I hereby authorize Performance Diesel, Inc. to perform repair work to my vehicle, including the installation of materials and parts in order to have the repairs performed. I understand and agree:
- I will pay for all repairs performed and parts and materials installed in my vehicle. I will pay for teardown, inspection, and re-assembly even if no repairs are made.
- I will promptly pay all amounts due, or if arrangements have been made I will pay net 20th. If I have not paid the amount under these agreements, I will pay an interest rate of 2% per month (24% annual).
- Performance Diesel, Inc. may hold my vehicle until all amounts owing are paid in full.
- I will pay a storage fee equal to the State of Utah impound rate beginning seven days after completion of repairs.
- Performance Diesel, Inc.employees may drive my vehicle on public streets for testing and inspection purpose.
- Performance Diesel, Inc. is not liable to me for any losses caused by unavailability of parts or delays of delivery of parts.
- Performance Diesel, Inc.is not responsible for loss or damage to my vehicle or it’s content in case of fire or theft or any damage not caused directly by Performance Diesel, Inc.
- If a dispute arises over this agreement, I will pay Performance Diesel, Inc. its costs of collections. Including attorney fees, court costs, and other legal expenses.
- Performance Diesel, Inc. will warranty all labor and workmanship for 90 days.
- Performance Diesel, Inc. is not responsible for damage caused by performance products.
- Performance Diesel, Inc. does not accept checks or money orders at this time.
- All high-performance products are for competition or off-road use only.
- No returns 30 days from the date of purchase.
- All electronics sales are final. No returns.
- Credit will not be given for cores returned after 45 days.
- Performance Diesel, Inc. accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover for purchases below $10,000.00 USD. All purchases at or above $10,000.00 USD requires a wire transfer. (Wire transfer information provided upon request).
- Performance Diesel, Inc.reserves the right at any time after receipt of your request to accept or decline your request for any reason or to supply less than the quantity ordered of any item.
- If any issues with products ordered, please contact your sales rep: and Performance Diesel, Inc. will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Performance Diesel, Inc. will accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship through our warranty process. Fulfillment mistakes made by Performance Diesel, Inc. resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. All other returns are accepted within 60 days of purchase with a fee of 20% of the retail price of the product returned.
- Performance Diesel, Inc. is unable to guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or information received from our suppliers, Performance Diesel, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price.
