I had a stage 1 installed about 60 days ago and let me tell you I’m not one to play with a truck that I have to make a living with. The feedback I received from other drivers was all positive so I figured I would try it. WOW, that’s what I told Stan from PDI when I called the morning after having a stage 1 installed in my 05 acert cat. THIS THING WORKS. Fuel mileage up approx. 8 per gallon power is AWESOME. the 1st trip made was over rt 70 from UTAH to Denver topped Eisenhower at 55mph loaded about 65 thousand gross and passing cars UP the hill. The pyro sat at 900 degrees the water got up to 200 degrees so I dropped a gear to cool it but within a mile I had to split that gear because I was up against the gov. The system is a little pricey because you will be getting cat scale tickets to prove to people how much you weigh. I haul cars coast to coast so you can see what I have on my trailer, the best feeling in the world is passing an empty flatbed on a grade when you have 70 to 75000 lbs. gross (mention this as you do so). The Guys at PDI are smart, they know how their system works and how to trouble shoot any problems with install and getting your system to work properly. My 05 Western Star had just shy of a million miles on it 180 on a rebuild I don’t take chances screwing up what I make my living with or hopping up an engine just to make smoke or top speed. They knew up front what I wanted to spend and the level of performance I wanted, they overdid it PERFECT from start to finish. As soon as I get done playing with it I’m sure my mileage will increase even more. These guys are the deal horsepower without heat and loss of mileage. THANKS GUYS!
